If you decide to do business with us, we will draw up a written agreement in accordance with the law of 19 July 1991 regulating the profession of private detective. This agreement will contain the estimated duration, the start of the investigation, the costs and a detailed description of the client's assignment.

 

During the investigation, we will keep you or a person designated by you informed at all times and provide the necessary supporting documents.

 

You can always contact us during the investigation if you have any questions or if you want to correct, adjust or change your order.

 

All legal and technical means will be used to bring your case to a successful conclusion.

The legal and deontological codes will be observed at all times, as well as the law regulating the profession of private detective, Belgian criminal law, the ECHR (European Convention on Human Rights) and the obligation of loyalty and confidentiality.

 

At the conclusion of the investigation, we provide each client with a fully detailed report detailing the services provided and securing evidence for use in court, along with an exact calculation of costs, salaries and wages in accordance with the law.
