Operating Procedures

The first meeting begins with a non-binding and free preliminary discussion.  The meeting location can be discussed and might be organized on neutral ground, should the client wish so.

In this discussion, you have the opportunity to explain all your wishes.

After the conversation, we will inform you about the possibilities.

If you decide to go with us, we will make a written agreement in accordance with the law dated July 19, 1991 regulating the profession of private detective.  This agreement will include the estimated duration, the beginning of the investigation, the costs and a detailed description of client’s order.

During the investigation, we will keep you or a person designated by you in advance up to date at any time and we will provide the necessary supporting documents.

You are free to contact us anytime during the investigation, if you have any questions or if you would like to correct, adjust or modify your order.

All legal and technical means will be used to complete your concern successfully.

We use the most modern techniques and materials for our investigations.

The legal and ethical codes will be respected at all times as well as the law regulating the profession of the private detective, the Belgian Criminal Law, the E.V.R.M. (European Convention on Human Rights) and the loyalty and confidentiality obligation.

At the conclusion of the investigation, we provide each client with a full detailed report mentioning the services rendered and securing evidence for usage in court together with an exact calculation of the costs, salaries and wages in accordance with the law.
